一、會員與帳號

二、商品、價格與訂單

三、付款與配送

四、退換貨與解除權

  1. 退換貨、退款及瑕疵處理依本網站「退款政策／購物說明」及中華民國相關法令辦理。
  2. 通訊交易消費者依法享有商品到貨後七日內解除契約的權利，但依法令屬合理例外情事並已事先告知者，不在此限。

KONQUEROR 不會以電話要求您操作 ATM、解除分期設定，或提供網路銀行密碼、信用卡安全碼及一次性驗證碼。若接獲自稱客服或銀行人員，以扣款失敗、重複訂購、分期設定或超商條碼異常為由要求轉帳或提供金融資料，請勿依指示操作，並立即透過官方管道查證。
